Acting on behalf of the sole water provider in the greater Athens area,, we provided advisory services in terms of restructuring the gross labour cost of the company, which currently employs about 2,600 employees,. We advised in reducing the average labour cost per employee at 35% in respect to year 2009 in compliance to relevant legislation for public owned companies. Furthermore we participated in negotiations for the Collective Labour Agreement with the Labour Union for the years 2012 – 2015. We also provided advisory services in respect of compliance issues. Since May 2012 we act as the management’s advisers in Labour law issues in respect to the upcoming privatisation of the public’s shareholder stake in the company. The actual financial benefit for our client reached the amount of 10.000.000 euros.
