PARTNER OF THE TEAM WHO LED THE ADVICE:
Acting as advisors, we proposed a detailed training program aiming in order to update the HR department of the company on the major labour law reforms which took place between June 2011 and February 2012. We also designed a training program focused on providing an essential knowledge of employment law to the mid ranking staff of the company. This training program served the purpose of a better understanding of the employment relationships within a multinational company and provided useful information to the supervisors in terms of dealing with day by day labour issues.
