We advised and implemented a corporate restructuring program of our client INTRAKAT S.A. More specifically we planned and implemented the merger by absorption of INTRAKAT S.A. with 2 of its subsidiary companies (EUROKAT SA and PRISMA DOMI S.A.) We advised in terms of compliance with regulatory authorities directives, corporate law and tax law.
