We advised in relation with 25.000.000 Euros Sale and Purchase Agreement of a Real Estate property in Thessalonica. We specifically advised on the structure of the Agreement, cleared all procedural issues and implications in relation with real Estate Property Urban Planning and Cadastral Authorities. Furthermore we drafted the preliminary agreement, the Sale and Purchase Agreement and negotiated with Buyers all aspects of Agreement.
